Placing an order
Orders can be placed online, in the shop or via the telephone.
Online orders and orders to be delivered will need to be paid in full on placing, telephone and in-store orders will require a deposit of 50%
For online orders please check your order carefully and let us know if you need to make any changes.
Orders require a 48 hour notice period, some cakes may be able to be made sooner. Please call the shop on 01926 330073 for more info.
Changes to orders
Alterations to orders will be made if possible however if that cake is already made there may be additional costs to apply late changes.
Deposits are non-refundable once the order is placed. If you cancel your order 7 days or more before collection/delivery it may be possible to transfer the deposit to another date.
If you are unable to collect the cake on the day booked please call the shop asap on 01926 330073 and we will arrange for safe storage for the cake. If the cake is not collected within 2 days a new one may need to be made which will be charged in full.
Delivery is available on certain days in certain areas, please provide a phone number for the recipient so we can arrange handover. One delivery attempt will be made, further delivery attempts will be chargeable.

All our cakes are handmade by a team of pastry chefs using the best natural, fresh ingredients.
There may be slight variations from the cakes shown in publicity material. We reserve the right to replace unavailable components with those of equal or better quality. On collection or delivery you will be asked to check the appearance of the cake. Please take time to check the cake over at this point as we cannot take responsibility for visual errors once the cake has left the shop.
We will make every effort to make your cake to your satisfaction, In the very unlikely event that this does not occur we do not accept any costs or responsibility for cakes collected or delivered. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Refunds will not be offered in full or part for any subscriptions not used. They may be transferred to another user within the Uk mainland.
