Wow! What a cake! We were so pleased with our white chocolate creation Jenny made on our wedding day. It looked stunning. We ordered a slightly larger cake than we thought we’d need, so glad we did, many of our guests wanted second helpings! Thank you so much for making our special day even more perfect.
4-tier chocolate cake sandwiched with and covered with chocolate ganache. The cake is then stacked together. Once set, liquid white chocolate is magically transformed into strips of solid chocolate that are moulded around the cake. Layer after layer of white chocolate is put around each tier to completely cover the cake with a wrapped effect.
This size caters for 135 guests.
