This 4 tier chocolate cake is sandwiched with and covered in chocolate ganache. Once stacked and set, liquid chocolate is magically transformed into a piece of chocolate, which is moulded around each cake as a collar. White chocolate is then crafted into decorative fans, ruffles and flowers.
This size caters for 135 guests.
