“We knew we wanted an understated cake that would compliment the style of our wedding day. We saw this cake in a magazine and asked Sweet As if they could re-create it. When we saw the finished cake we were thrilled, it looked even better than we had hoped. Thank you to Jenny for making such a special part of our day so perfect.”
This cake is 3 different sizes of sponge layered on top of each other with homemade raspberry jam and fresh buttercream in between each later. Fresh strawberries are added at the very end, after the cake has been dusted with icing sugar.
This size caters for 120 guests.
